Creating more T-shirts and adding logos

Today I printed out roughly 10 more T-shirts and added my logo to the sleeve and back of them. I had old T-shirts that I was planning to print on in the past which were size large, these acted as extra and one of a kind as they are all different colours. This allowed me to not spend as much money.

There were slight issues regarding the transfer of the vinyl (once again) but after having a think and a break I came to a conclusion. Due to how easy the cheaper vinyl was sticking, I became confident and missed the step of heating the back - this was a mistake as it was a very important step and caused me to waste two T-shirts. I had to carry on with this step to see the results I wanted.

After printing all these T-shirts out it will definitely be survival of the fittest as I am unsure how many of the designs will manage to stick to the T-shirts. This will be interesting.

After this I will work on packaging! 

I also have 5 more mediums and 5 XL coming on the way.

Reflecting on the winter fair Daisy Jackson / 12/12/2022 Reflecting upon the Winter fair, I would say it went better than expected. At the end of the day I did make sales which was nice as well as the interactions I had with customers/people. Everyone was extremely friendly and I did not feel nervous. I think the layout of my stall went really well and everything was nicely organised. I was really happy with how it all turned out. I think if I was to make improvements for next time or if I could go back in time and change things I would definitely reduce the amount of stock I made as I lost out on a lot of profit. I know this is not the point but it would be nice to break even or make more than I spent. However, the experience of it was really great and definitely insightful. I have never done anything like this before so it was really fun and interesting.  I think I did a great job promoting myself and my brand so I am happy with that. Creating a series of designs Daisy Jackson / 28/10/2022 This week I set myself the ongoing task of creating designs and bringing my ideas to life.  I will more than likely spend next week (or half of next week) doing the same thing as I want the perfect designs to communicate Warhorse the story in my own way. Here are my designs: I really love this design as it communicates Warhorse in a unique way. It is a fun midpoint design where it references Warhorse but can also just be a general shirt for people to wear and enjoy. From my survey I noticed that a large amount of individuals were not familiar with the story or Warhorse at all, so creating a mid-way shirt would be great to generate sales but also reference Warhorse. The second image was a try out for a different design for the deck chair. I decided to go with the top one as this made the design less complicated and not too overcrowded.
