Creating my T-shirts - problems have been solved

As said previously I finally found out the reason that the vinyl was not transferring over to my T-shirts! It was because I was using Cricut branded vinyl which a lot of people had issues with. After changing this, all my shirts have printed perfectly and have actually been a faster process.
Here is the process for my T-shirts:
Here is the new iron on vinyl that I purchased from Amazon. Much cheaper and more to a roll - a win win!
To get the centre of the T-shirt, I wore the shirt and placed some tape on the area I wanted it. Since I am mass producing, it would be too stressful for me to measure everything as I feel it would waste time when I have this method that works more perfectly and accurately.
After this, I turned the shirt over and heated the back as instructed on the Cricut heat guide.
I then placed the printed vinyl over the top of the parcel tape.
After this, I removed the parcel tape until I was happy with the positioning of the design. It looks wonky on the image but that is because of the placement of the T-shirt.
I then used one of my Cricut tools and flattened the vinyl onto the T-shirt so it was secure.
I then placed some cut out polyester fabric over the top. This works much better than the parchment paper as I do not have to keep replacing it. It also stops the T-shirt from staining brown and burning.
I then placed my heat press over the top of the polyester for 15 seconds. After this, I lifted the heat press up, checked the vinyl then repeated the process for a further 5 seconds.
